I (Ganimete, an economist) bring experience from IT companies and from the renewable energy sector. David has worked on several tech startups and for large companies, and knows how to build scalable solutions. Unemployment meets a skilled-worker shortage

While unemployment in traditional industries climbs sharply, the shortage of skilled workers in future-oriented industries grows just as sharply. Why don't people from shrinking industries become skilled workers in growing ones? There are two reasons:
