GREENGANY Launches: AI Job Platform Revolutionises Recruiting for the Energy Transition

Hamburg, 14 April 2026 — According to the Institute for Employment Research (IAB), Germany will need around 160,000 additional workers in the renewable energy sector by 2030. At the same time, many motivated candidates are being overlooked because conventional job portals fail to recognise their potential. GREENGANY is now launching as a specialised, AI-powered job platform that reimagines recruiting in renewable energy and GreenTech — and systematically unlocks existing talent potential.

From Matching to Potential Scoring

Traditional job boards compare existing qualifications. GREENGANY goes a step further: the platform not only optimises matching but places development potential at the centre. Its core feature is the GANY-Score, which transparently evaluates the fit between a candidate's profile and a given role. An integrated, AI-based skills analysis identifies which competencies are already present and where targeted upskilling makes sense.

This creates a data-driven decision framework: companies can see at a glance who is ready to start immediately and where a "Hire & Upskill" approach is worthwhile. Candidates receive clear guidance for entering or transitioning into the industry.

GREENGANY has entered its beta phase and is inviting companies from solar, onshore and offshore wind, hydrogen, e-mobility, energy storage and other GreenTech sectors to test the platform. During the beta phase, companies can post job listings free of charge and gain direct access to the industry-specific talent pool.

Career starters, experienced professionals and career changers can make their skills visible, discover new career paths and position themselves in the talent pool — publicly or anonymously. For the first time, candidates can transparently see how well their profile matches specific roles — including development potential. The platform remains free of charge for candidates.
